We’re big enough to be competitive and small enough to provide personal service. Our staff work with and know each owner-operator by name not by truck number. We try our best to assist you in your endeavors for success. Candidates must have:  Excellent driving record with no more than 3 moving violations including accidents, no DUIs/DWIs, no suspensions.  At least 22 years of age and at least one year of OTR driving experience.  Current and valid driver’s license, class A CDL.  Current DOT long form physical and card.  No felony convictions in last 10 years.  Ability to speak and read English.  Compensation open to negotiation as to cents per loaded mile, % of load and/or % of fuel surcharge.  Experience in preparation of driver’s daily log and vehicle inspection report. Vehicles/Ownership:  53’ van/reefer owner operator preferred  Clean, neat diesel tandem  Cell phone  Must be able to pass DOT type inspection  Truck Title/registration/lease – purchase agreement  Trailer Title/registration/least – purchase agreement  Copy of the 2290 FHUT marked paid  Completed equipment list  Certified empty weight ticket If you are ready to become a part of our family and want to be rewarded for your hard work, contact our recruiting department and get started right away!
